This address is for citizens wishing to report grievance about government service delivery, urgent public-interest problems, or cases where you want the issue highlighted and (where appropriate) escalated. We will review and – where feasible – guide you to the right official channel or bring public attention to the issue through our platform. Please include relevant facts, dates, and any documents that support your grievance.

What to include in your message

To help us respond faster and more accurately, please provide:

  5. Any deadlines or urgency indicators only if genuine (e.g., impending application date).

Response time & handling

We aim to acknowledge receipt of emails within 48 hours, and to provide a substantive response as soon as reasonably practicable. Complex matters or official escalations may take longer.

Grievance matters routed for official escalation may require additional verification and may be subject to the response timelines of the concerned government department. e-Rajasthan does not control those timelines.

If your query is specific to a subdomain and requires a specialist response, please mention the subdomain in your subject line. Where we maintain dedicated email contacts for a subdomain, we will route your message to the appropriate team.

e-Rajasthan is an independent, citizen-driven platform and is not an official government body. Contacting us is not a substitute for filing official petitions, RTI requests, or formal applications with the relevant government authority. For official actions please use the government portal indicated in the relevant article or resource.
